Preparation

  1. Whisk together egg product and milk. Cook, stirring occasionally, until cooked through.
  2. Cut pizza dough into 96 5x7-inch rectangles.
  3. Spread half of each dough rectangle with 1 tablespoon pizza sauce to within 1 inch of edges.
  4. Top with 1/2 ounce cheese and 1/2 ounce egg.
  5. Fold untopped dough over filling; press edges firmly to seal.
  6. Cut two small slits in top of dough.
  7. Place on greased sheet pans.
  8. Bake in conventional oven at 400°F about 15 minutes or until dough is golden.
