Ground beef (85% lean), fully cooked, drained4 pound
Onions, chopped, sautéed4 cup
Sweet pickle slices (optional) as desired
Ketchup (optional) as desired
Mustard (optional) as desired

Preparation

  1. In two separate 4-inch deep full steam table pans, combine 2 pouches macaroni and cheese, 2 pounds beef and 2 cups chopped onions.
  2. Cover pans; bake in 350°F convection oven for 30 to 40 minutes or until heated through.
  3. Remove cover; top with pickle slices, ketchup and mustard, as desired. Garnish with shredded lettuce and chopped tomatoes, if desired.
