Corn kernels1 1/2 cups (12 ounces)
Sliced green onion2 tablespoon

Beer Butter (see Grilled Beer-Butter Brats recipe)3/4 cup

Preparation

  1. Melt butter in large skillet until sizzling; add yams. Cook over medium-high heat until yams are beginning to brown and soften. Add corn; continue cooking until corn is tender. Stir in green onions. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. For each serving: Place 1 cup vegetables onto plate. Top with 1 tablespoon Beer Butter.
